Terms & Conditions – Noiré

Prices & Payment All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT. We accept secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, Vipps, Klarna, and Stripe. For international customers, prices may be displayed in your local currency, but charges are made in NOK.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times: Norway: 2–5 business days Europe: 4–8 business days International: 7–14 business days Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Noiré is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Right of Withdrawal (Norwegian & EU Customers) You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right, please notify us in writing at support@noirenorway.no before returning the item. Returned products must be: Unused and unwashed In original packaging, with tags still attached Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 14 days. For size exchanges, please contact us first to ensure availability. Return address and instructions will be provided upon request. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us – we recommend using tracked shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If approved, we will cover return costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Product Availability We produce in limited quantities. While we do our best to keep inventory updated, errors in stock levels may occur. If an item is sold out after you order, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

Privacy Policy Your privacy matters to us. We only collect personal data necessary to process your order and handle returns or customer service. We never share or sell your data. Liability Disclaimer Noiré is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.). We do not guarantee that colors on screen will match the physical product exactly, due to differences in display settings.
